Information obligation under article 13 of the GDPR
The personal data controller responsible for processing your personal data is Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcji Ogrodniczej “Siechnice” Sp. z o.o., ul. Opolska 30, 55-011 Siechnice.

The controller processes the necessary data in order to sell goods, perform contracts and in connection with the controller’s obligations under the law, such as the VAT Act, Civil Code, Labour Code. Furthermore, contact data and image are processed for marketing purposes with your consent. The controller also processes the image of persons registered in the video surveillance system covering the company’s headquarters.
The controller shall process data in accordance with Article 6(1) of the GDPR point (a), i.e. on the basis of a person’s consent, point (b), i.e. for the purpose necessary for the performance of the contract, point (c), i.e. for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations and point (f), i.e. for the legally justified interest pursued by the data controller, where the processing concerns a monitoring record to ensure the physical security of employees, customers, contractors and material property of the controller.
Processed data shall be adequately secured and access to it shall be restricted to authorised persons. The data shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which it was collected and may be made available at the request of those authorised by law to obtain the data. The data is also made available to the extent necessary for the type of cooperation to the entities with which we cooperate, such as IT services, Internet service providers (hosting and online applications), an entity providing HR and accounting services, and legal services.
Data shall be processed for no longer than the period necessary for these purposes or for a period which is expressly laid down by law.
The data is not subject to automatic profiling.
You have the right to access your data, to request correction, deletion or restriction of data processing, as well as the right to data transfer. In the case of data processed with consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of data processing which was carried out on the basis of the consent expressed before its withdrawal.
According to Article 21 of the GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing, and in particular the processing of data for direct marketing purposes.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
